How International Shipping Works

We use a mix of fulfillment methods to get gifts to your recipients, no matter where they are. Depending on the product and destination, your order might ship one of these ways:

Through our logistics network. Some products ship to our facility first, then go out internationally on our end. This adds a shipping step, so we build both legs of the journey into your quote.

Direct from the source, internationally. Many of our products ship straight from a US-based location to international destinations, using established international shipping accounts.

Through dedicated international programs. Some of our sourcing partners have their own international warehouses or streamlined processes built specifically for global orders. This often means faster delivery and simpler customs handling.

Through regional and global partners. For some destinations, we work with partners based in the region itself, so your gifts ship locally instead of crossing an ocean. This is often the fastest and most cost-effective option for international programs.

Where We Can Ship

Canada. We have multiple options for gifting into Canada, including products that ship free or at a flat rate.

The European Union. We service all of the EU, plus the UK, Norway, and Switzerland, with local, in-region fulfillment available for many products.

India. We offer sourcing and fulfillment capabilities in India.

Worldwide. For truly global programs, we can reach more than 200 countries and regions, including gift baskets and specialty items that ship from local hubs around the world.

Ukraine, Africa, and the Middle East. Through our partner network, we can also fulfill client requests to these regions on a request basis.

For European apparel programs, we work with partners who handle both blank goods and decoration in-house, all in one place. That means fewer moving pieces to coordinate and a smoother process from order to delivery.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

International gifting comes with a few extra layers compared to domestic orders. Here's what's worth knowing before you plan a program:

• Some items can't ship internationally. Things like alcohol, batteries, aerosols, and certain retail brands often come with restrictions. We'll always flag this during planning.
• Customs and taxes vary by country. These costs are usually assessed after the order ships, so we build estimates into your quote up front whenever possible.
• Timelines can shift. International orders sometimes take longer due to customs processing, so we build in extra time for planning purposes.
